Class Offerings

Barbell Circuit Level 1: Circuit class with a cardio and weightlifting focus. Be ready to sweat!

Barbell Circuit Level 2: A functional fitness class focusing on strength, conditioning, and gymnastics. Emphasizing the importance of proper technique.

Strength Circuit Level 1: Start where you are and get Stronger! Use light free weights, bands, balls, and your body weight to improve your ability to do everyday activities and enhance your quality of Life! Every BODY is welcome. Low impact, no experience necessary

Strength Circuit Level 2: High-intensity interval training that incorporates high bursts of exercise with short periods of rest so that you can get the maximum benefits in a minimal amount of time. It includes strength training, mobility work, and cardio.

Kettlebells: Learn proper form and body mechanics for kettlebell exercises. Great for your full body and your core!

Therapeutic Yoga: A gentle approach to yoga, perfect for beginners or those tending to injuries.

Myofascial Release Yoga: Softens connective tissue through long gentle stretching and foam rolling. A perfect apres ski activity!

Gentle Yoga: An accessible & gentle movement practice to support the body and slow down the breath.

Level 1 Yoga: A perfect beginner to intermediate yoga. Come flow with us!

Vin & Yin Yoga: The first 30 minutes of this class will be a gentle vinyasa flow to get your breath and body moving, followed by 30 minutes of yin yoga. For strong beginners and above who feel comfortable modifying postures for themselves. Modifications and variations will be offered to accommodate all bodies and different experience levels.

Zumba 101: This class is tailored to beginners, scaled with progressions for all ability levels. Total workout combining cardio, conditioning, balance, and flexibility

Barre Basics: An introduction to Barre Fitness, a dance-oriented class with foundations in Pilates and yoga.

Pilates Plus: This class is for everybody! Building from your core, we will increase your strength, flexibility, and balance.

Spin Cycle: A cycling and strength circuit class. High energy, set to music, lots of movement, lots of fun!
