Women's Ski & Yoga Retreat - Yoga Sessions
Yoga sessions are offered in the Lodge on Friday afternoon from 1:30 - 3:30 and from 7am to 8:15am. Our Yoga instructors, Melanie Whittaker and Kaarin Kelly, will offer two groups each day: One for beginners and one for intermediate/advanced.
NOTE Don’t panic! You will not be expected to perform Yoga on skis! Two years ago Carmel Wroth from Yoga Journal attended our camp and had fun inventing a few of her own moves. Check out her article in the December 2010 issue of Yoga Journal.
