Yoga is a light which, once lit, will never dim. Around the world, increasing numbers of people are turning to yoga as a means of keeping fit and reducing stress. Yoga increases flexibility and strength in our bodies while purifying and balancing the endocrine, nervous and circulatory systems.

Our yoga instructors Melanie Whittaker & Ingela Abbott will lead you through a series of asanas, or poses, designed to calm the mind and rejuvenate the body. We will offer two groups each day: one for beginners & one for intermediate/advanced.
