of people are turning to yoga
as a means of keeping fit and reducing stress. Yoga increases flexibility
and strength in our bodies while purifying and balancing the endocrine,
nervous and circulatory systems.
Start your day in a way that will bring the mind and body in tune and
enhance your ski experience. Enjoy the inner reflection, strength, power
and nurturing women are discovering through yoga.
Our yoga instructors Melanie Whittaker & Ingela Abbott will lead you through a series of asanas, or
poses, designed to calm the mind and rejuvenate the body. We will offer two groups each day: one for beginners & one for intermediate/advanced.
