Sports Fitness Program

Our Sports Fitness Program is geared toward helping recreational athletes prepare for a competitive event.

We specialize in endurance sports and offer periodized, sport-specific training programs designed to help you establish and achieve your athletic goals.

As you move from an exercise program aimed at general fitness (exercising) to one that is
more competitive, (training) the professional guidance of a coach will help you optimize your physical and mental preparation, keep you from over-training and reduce your chances of injury.

Because our coaches are also experienced competitors, your coach will teach you sound training principles that have been proven in competition.

The Sports Fitness Program includes:

  • Health assessment and initial consultation
  • Goal setting
  • Determination of heart rate training zones
  • Sport-specific strength program
  • 16 week sport-specific training program
  • Online follow-ups twice a month
  • Telephone follow-up once a month
  • Post-event evaluation

    Total cost for 16 weeks: $300
