Restorative Yoga with Stacey Williams Sunday, March 26, 4:30-6:00pm, $12 members/$15 non-members Rest and restore your body in this special 90-minute Restorative Yoga class. We will rejuvenate and balance the physical body through gentle, supported yoga postures and use guided breath to balance the emotional body. All levels of students are welcome.
Winter Strength Training Series with Laura McCabe Mondays, January 2-March 27 (11 sessions/no class on holidays), 8:30-9:45am, $105+tax A winter strength training program is the best insurance policy to reduce injury and ensure that you get the most out of your ski season. Winter strength incorporates ski-specific strength training along with general strength to keep you strong and flexible throughout the winter months. Maintaining strength training throughout the winter will also help ease the transition into spring activities.
Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series with Stacey Williams Wednesdays, March 15-May 3 (8 sessions), 8:00-9:30am, $90+tax members/$110+tax non-members Jump into spring with a powerful and strong yoga series in the Ashtanga system of yoga. We will systematically learn the Primary Series which is 72 postures practiced in the same order each week. Some yoga experience is recommended. Drop-ins are welcome at $12 for members and $15 for non-members.
Inner Body Yoga Immersion with Maria Bacher April 7-9, Fri 6:00-8:00pm/Sat 11:00am-2:00pm/Sun 10:00am-1:00pm $175+tax or sign up by March 15 for the early bird price of $160+tax, $60+tax/session if unable to attend all Please join Maria Bacher for a weekend of deepening our asana practice through the lens of the inner body. Maria draws from her Iyengar lineage and 25 years of practice to give sold foundation from which to bring our awareness to the inner body. We will explore using our felt sense to adjust and release tension and tightness, so that we may find a sense of ease and feel nourished by our asana practice.
