Restorative Yoga with Stacey Williams                                                                                                                                 Sunday, June 25, 4:30-6:00pm, $12 members/$15 non-members                                                                                           This is the time of year when the fire element dominates. When we are in balance during this time, we can embody the inherent passion, warmth, and golden satisfaction of the season. The downside of summer is that it is also ripe for imbalances related to over-exertion and burn-out. Restorative yoga is recommended to balance and cool the body, mind, and energy systems of your being. Come rest in a cool room and enjoy the art of mindful relaxation. All levels are welcome. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

Ashtanga Yoga Summer Series with Stacey Williams                                                                                                                   Wednesdays, 7:30-9:00am, May 24—July 26 (10 weeks), $100+tax for series or drop-ins welcome at $12 members/$15 non-members per class                                                                                                                                    Cruise through summer with a powerful and strong yoga series in the Ashtanga system of yoga.  We will systematically learn the Primary Series which is 72 postures practiced in the same order each week. Some yoga experience is recommended.       

Mountain Strength Training Series with Sam Naney                                                                                                                         Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30-7:30am, July 6 - August 17, $165 members/$180 non-members                                    Gear up for you summer endurance activities! This progressive program moves participants through a general phase of strength and core training into specific muscular endurance training for adventures in the mountains, from hiking to trail running to climbing and alpinism. Participants should be injury-free to join the course. Exercises will be full-body and involve using light to moderate loads as well as dynamic movements like jumping.

TRX Total Body Series with Geoff Tripp                                                                                                                                       Thursdays 7:30-8:30am, July 6-27 or Fridays 12:00-1:00pm, July 7-28 (4 sessions each), $30 members/$45 non-members (+tax)                                                                                                                                                                                    Want a 55min total body functional workout? TRX total body will challenge every muscle in your body and improve muscle coordination and strength while burning calories and getting you into great shape.
