Members: $10 per class or $40 for a pack of 5 classes, Non-Members: $15 per class or $60 for a pack of 5 classes
Use yoga as a tool to support strength and stability, recover overworked muscles from your week of activities, and target the flexibility you need for healthy range of motion. This class will favor slow, targeted work to emphasize your physical maintenance. No prior yoga experience necessary. Reserve your space online!

March TRX Total Body Series with Geoff Tripp
Tuesdays (March 6, 13, 20, 27) or Fridays (March 9, 16, 23, 30), 12:15-1:15pm • $30 members/$40 non-members+tax
Want a 55-minute total body functional workout? TRX total body will challenge every muscle in your body and improve muscle coordination and strength while burning calories and getting you into great shape. This class will also include a short 5-10 minute segment of interval cardio programming built around the TRX exercises. Limited to eight participants per day.
Winter Strength Training with Laura McCabe
Mondays 8:30-9:45am (January 8 - March 26) • $110+tax
A winter strength training program is the best insurance policy to reduce injury and ensure that you get the most out of your ski season. Winter strength incorporates ski-specific strength training along with general strength to keep you strong and flexible throughout the winter months. Maintaining strength training throughout the winter will also help ease the transition into spring activities. Anyone of moderate to advanced fitness can participate. This is a 10-session course, with no classes on Holidays.

A very important weekly strength session in the gym focusing on core strength.
Thursdays 8:45-10:15am (April 12 - June 7), $100+tax
Outdoor cardio and strength with 45 minute bike intervals and 45 minute strength training. Featuring different activities and locations around the valley each week!
