Want an hour-long, total-body, functional workout? TRX will challenge every muscle in your body, improving your coordination and strength while also burning calories and getting you into great shape. This class will includes a short, 5-10 minute segment of interval cardio programming built around the TRX exercises. Limited to eight participants per day. Book now.

Are you ready for a great outdoor conditioning program? Boot camp will include cardio and strength segments using some of the best conditioning techniques available. From swinging kettlebells to flipping tires, you will have a great time developing strength and cardio fitness in this class. Modifications will be provided for exercises to suit various fitness abilities. Participants also receive a weekly workout template to follow independently plus a 25% discount on personal training services with Geoff.
