Mon - Thur:  6 am - 7 pm
Friday:  6 am - 6 pm
Sat-Sun:  9 am - 1 pm

 

Thanksgiving Hours: 

11/22 6:00am-4:30pm (*Pilates and 5pm Kettlebells cancelled)

11/23 CLOSED

11/24 8:00am-1:00pm (Special classes instead of regular classes: 9:00am Spin Cycle and 10:00am Yoga)
